The waitlist form asks for your first name, last name, and email. You may also choose to share your phone number, relationship to the person you care for, and how you heard about Anchor. Please do not include health information or other sensitive details.

When you submit, our server sends these details through Brevo to Anchor’s inbox at anchorcareapp@gmail.com. Brevo also sends you a confirmation email. We use your signup to keep you informed about Anchor’s launch; the form does not sign you up for phone calls or text messages.

Waitlist details are saved in a dedicated Supabase table before emails are sent, so a delivery problem does not lose your signup. Signup emails are also retained in Anchor’s inbox and may appear in Brevo’s delivery records. Waitlist details are kept separately from demo conversations and patient records.

To withdraw from the waitlist, request deletion, or ask about your information, reply to your confirmation or contact anchorcareapp@gmail.com.

Trying the demo

The public demo uses Sandra, a fictional profile separate from real patient records. Before starting, you agree that your conversation may be saved and reviewed to understand demo use and improve Anchor. Please use made-up responses and do not share sensitive personal information.

Anchor saves demo messages, their roles and times, the generated caregiver report and signals, session duration, text or voice usage, and operational failure states in a dedicated Supabase table. Demo records are not associated with a real patient or your waitlist signup. Only authorized server operations and project administrators can access these records.

Conversation text is processed by Anchor’s configured AI service. Voice mode uses your browser’s speech recognition and speech synthesis; your browser may use its speech service to process audio. Anchor saves the resulting text, not audio recordings. Restarting or refreshing clears this screen but does not delete the saved demo. Contact Anchor at the address above about data use or deletion.
